WEEK 17 – Barnes & Noble Ole Miss Relocation, Set I
Before we exit, here’s a look at a rather disheveled-looking directory just inside the main entrance to the store so that you guys (and I, for that matter!) can get a better bearing on where all the store’s merchandise was located in better days, given it’s pretty hard to discern any of that with the salesfloor so empty in my photos.
Besides knowing that the new Union will come with a full-line McAlister’s (which I’m very excited about!), I don’t really know anything about what the layout will be like. B&N could be in a new space altogether, or it could, in theory, be returning to this exact space after the renovations are over, given that it already exists. Even if that’s the case, though, I would think that this space surely would have been renovated some, too.
