Jersey Solo
A further shot of one of the five Optare Solos that transferred in April 2017 from the First Potteries fleet to First Cymru's Swansea Ravenhill depot, which are replacements for four leased 56-plate Darts and an Enviro200.
53829 is an 8.8m 'Slimline' model, which, with sister 53828, was to Connex's Jersey fleet carrying registration number J 108027. Connex did of course become Veolia, but that's another story.
In this mid May 2017 shot in St Helen's Road, Swansea she was operating Service 19 (City Centre-Uplands), which, with Service 14, has become the Solos' regular allocations.
