Tar Sands -Stable ( if left alone)

the valley of the late meandering river . as a map ,north is at the top. politicians have repeatedly had their eye on exploiting the tar-sand deposits in these parts without showing any regard for the dangers of pollution of the water course yet we had a minor earthquake here in the noughties,given that makes it a no-no in my book.
