we went to a butterfly garden today and it was so peaceful and serene. my beloved took the kids so I could take a moment and practice my mountain in that setting. I chose this photo for grounding because even though my feet were planted, I tend to find my grounding in my breath. I feel calm and centered when I listen to and truly tune into my breath.
