Running some 2-1/2 hours behind schedule, 71000 "Duke of Gloucester" rushes over Chirk viaduct with todays Test/Trust Members special on the Crewe-Salop-Stafford-Crewe circle. Running so late due to the Chester-Salop section of the line being closed earlier in the day, this was a disappointing end to a long wait having stood in beautiful autumnal sunshine for the best part of the day only to lose the light minutes before she passed. Still great to see her back though, a credit to all those who have worked on this fine loco.
