The principles of design demonstrated (describe the use):

Emphasis: rule of thirds, focal point is the only thing in focus

Movment: the image is off the side so your eye moves to the side

Balance: negative space balances out the picture

Repition/pattern:

Contrast: different tones shows the 3d effect of the object

Unity:

Line: none

Color: the shades show the depth of the photo

Shape: nagitive space defines the focal point

Form: shadows and tones show 3demensional of the ribbon

Space: negative space defines the shape and balences the photo

Texture: the texture also shows off the tones

Tone/Value: the black and whites show the depth of the ribbon

 

Objective 4: Lighting

Type of lighting and why: side lighting from a window the making lighter tones in the ribbon, harsh lighting created shadows for diferen tones

 

Objective 5: Post Production (ex. dust/spot removal, resize, contrast, white balance, sharpening, borders, etc.)

Corrections/adjustments made AND/OR techniques applied: contrast, black and white

 

Objective 6: Critique

Analyse your photograph for strengths and areas for improvement (consider elements and principles of design, lighting, exposure, overall feel, etc.) focal point is identified well, show less stuff in the backround
