Canon 7 Panoramic mod

Fitted a new RF cam follower (with its own bearing roller and eccentric). Lens is collimated, focus scale was added, and light leaks were sealed. Top 3 shutter speeds are ~1 stop slow, rest are ~1/2 stop slow.
