~ Yesterday was my Dad's Birthday!!!! (November 9th, 2015)

~ And - it's hard to say....it's also been 6 months since Lauren, my sister, passed on.

 

~ My Dad was having a lot of sadness on his Birthday and my heart aches for him & my heart aches for ALL that miss Lauren so much.

 

~ Some of my favorite memories with Lauren are times when we were both with my Dad. I hope he can get to a place where his thoughts of Lauren aren't heavy with sadness but instead go first to light & happy memories of Lauren that make him smile. That's what I try to do when I am sad about my sister passing or overwhelmed by her loss.

 

~ Luckily, Lauren left me with so MANY vivid, hilarious MOMENTS that still make me LAUGH OUT LOUD!!! And I also like to think of her laugh or even go to her FB/Instagram videos to hear that incredible, unapologetic, brassy laughter she had! So GREAT!! 🐝😺

 

~ I LOVE my Dad! - Happy Birthday Daddy!!!

~ I LOVE Lauren! 🐝🐝💛💛

~ And I of course can't forget about Mardi, I LOVE my Mom too!!!!!
