Macro Mondays - Vegetable(s)
A slice of beetroot, I was trying different things to do with beetroot and started to slice little slithers off and notice the pattern that came through with the light in the background, so here it is my beetroot slice showing the detail of the delicious vegetable, some use it in salads and some use it as hot vegetable with their nightly meal of "Meat and 3 veg" as we call it here in Australia. Personally coming from a European background cooked hot beetroot was a weekly veg at dinner time.
