UHA975H West Midlands PTE 5975 Dudley
After a few years existence, West Midlands PTE decided it would take over the Midland Red services in the county and acquired some depots and many vehicles. One such is this Midland Red S23-type bus built by BMMO (Midland Red) and bodies panelled and fitted out by Plaxton. The PTE used the Midland Red fleet number. Having been painted in the WMPTE livery of the time, this bus is seen in Dudley in February 1978.
