Divebomb and Skyfighter

Backstory: Twins Kaleb and Kelsea were the children of fighter pilots. One day when they were travelling to Europe for a vacation, when the plane they were on malfunctioned, and would end up crashing. To save Kelsea and Kaleb, their parents grabbed the parachutes, and strapped them onto the twins. They wouldn't realize this would act as the catalyst to activate the twins' powers. With Kaleb, he would soon learn of his ability to use rocket blasts as a way to propel himself to fly. He could also use this power during combat, to power up his punches (Kind of similar to Yang with her shotgun gauntlets from RWBY). As for Kelsea, she would be to have limited super speed on the ground, to build up momentum, for her to lift off into the air. From there, her super speed is disabled, but she's able to fly at ridiculous speeds. She has an aura around her, that allows for her to fire off in one direction like a bullet. After their parents death, they would move around orphanages, as they didn't have any other relatives that would take them in. This led to them becoming bitter at the world around them. With that, came the days where they decided to use their powers for their own good, as they weren't able to save their parents. Kelsea decided to call herself Skyfighter, as she preferred fighting in the sky, were she is more effective. Kaleb on the other hand, called himself Divebomb, likes to propel himself from the sky downwards, to feel the rush of air, before striking his opponents with his rocket powered punches.
