Field Fire

I was about a mile north of this location when I saw the smoke. I could tell that it was south of the Tualatin River and therefore outside the Jackson Bottom Wetlands Preserve. A couple minutes after I saw the smoke I heard the fire engines heading to the fire. You can see one of the fire trucks. The other one was hidden by the trees. The Tualatin River is just to the left of the picture. The temperature yesterday was 100 degrees (F) and today it was almost that high. That certainly contributed to the fire.
