Sad story about my terrible experience with my favorite custom doll works.
I wont and do not starting any drama or hate, please be nice and kind, because it is really
devastatating for me.
I just need to let out my heartbreaking story of last 3 months.
!!! Please read only if you are curious what its possible to happen when you put something
to e-bay auction and things may happen in possible worst way.
Scammer name is NOLA BARKER from Australia, e-bay nick 'bark_nol'
I made these two dolls especially Aquaman inspired one because Im a huge fan of Jason Momoa.
At first I made him for myself and did not expect so much love and interest from other fellow
collectors to buy him.
Lot of people messaged me and ask about buy him, so after maybe 10th request I decided to put him on e-bay as an auction.
Bids went crazy and last one was over 600 USD. I was thrilled that someone want him so badly
that he is willing to pay this price. That person also won my Viking Ken doll.
After auctions buyer messaged me and ask about e-bay promissed discount coupon and I had no idea what is going on. I offer shipping discount, but for that person it was not enough so she tryed to step back from buying them. I tryed my best to figured out what was that discount coupon and find out way to help and to apply that code after I sent her total invoice
where she was able to put that code.
After some conversation and time she paid, I packed carefully dolls and sent them with full price
insurance and tracking over seas (Australia)
She was very impatient and I was helpful to contact shipping service and find all info about parcel.
Unfortunatelly shipping time was very... very long. Buyer contacted e-bay first moment she can and fill complaint and demand refund even when we keep in touch and talk about it.
They return her money within 48 hours so I end up with nothing on my paypal. No dolls, no money.
Next day I headed to post office to put reclamation on this damn parcel.
Postal clerk took all info from me and put parcel into special search.
After another very long month parcel arrived to buyer
(I got all documents and signed paper from buyer)
I appealed an e-bay decission immediatelly try to get my money back and had to wait another few weeks to finally found out that I had been screwed.
No money and no dolls.
I messaged buyer many times but no answer for 3 weeks so I think she really do not want to pay or return them :(
Im really devastated and depressed and stop using e-bay since this is really unfair. There is no hope to get my money or dolls back. Its done and leftme heartbrolen.
Please if you ever see my dolls anywhere, please say their owner Nola Barker from Australia that she is thief and she hurt me in the worst way possible.
