Foothill - & Crown - NWC, Curb Ramp, Inadequate turning space; since this parallel curb ramp is constrained on two sides (street and retaining curb) the width is supposed to be 5' instead of 4' (PROWAG R304.3.1). PRoW= 8'. Depth of ramp= 5'7". The running slope of the base turning slope is also excessive at 14.2% (instead of the max of 2%)., Reconstruct the curb ramp such that the width of the turning space is 5'. Or pour concrete to extend the depth of the turning space such that the retaining wall no longer constrains. Still ensure proper slopes for flares. Either do these or procure an easement to extend the depth and transform this into a perpendicular curb ramp.,
