Open air meeting of the Open County Governance [OCG] Program Kenya held at Manyatta Village, Vihiga County, on 18 August 2014. The purpose of the OCG project is to nurture grassroots democracy and sustainable development in the villages in western Kenya. OCG project is implemented by Community Foundation Western Province[COFWE].The program is funded by World Justice Project[WJP]. The mission of COFWE is to raise the living standards of the people of western Kenya. WJP works to promote the rule of law worldwide.
