Cook Mountain Formation - 02

Another segment of the Cook Mountain expanse. Particularly interesting is the different rocks found within: In this image, there are ironstone deposits (dark brownish red), limonite (orangish), goethite (black), and glauconite/glauconitic clays (dark green, almost blackish). Cook Mountain formation is in the late Eocene period.
