New computer science library, @inria only

This needs an explanation... our scientific library (computer science) has been suppressed (a political decision, somehow it was supposed to be too expensive).

 

This was the place of the numerical analysis (math) books.

It is now replaced by useless (seems so) communication books for the institute (may be too much have been printed)...

 

note that this book (code source) is interesting but it did not replace a linear algebra textbook...

 

give us back our library !
