Description/Story: A lot of the time my inspiration comes from my Mom and Dad. I am adopted, and I could not have asked to be brought into a better family. I grew up on a farm; following my Dad around and learning to grow vegetables or mow grass, and othertimes in the flower garden with my Mom or in the kitchen learning to preserve and cook. My mom loved hummingbirds and they would often visit her flower garden or the feeders she had set out on the porch for them. I remember a time at my Aunt Bonnie's house that Mom and my Aunt sat on the porch and had the hummingbirds come down and sit on their hair/shoulders/hands - wherever there was room. It is often moments like that, precious memories, that gives me inspiration for a build or story, or whatever is needed.
Hummingbird Park was the perfect way to capture my inspiration and to honor my Mom and Dad. It is a place that has something for the entire family: grilling area & picnic, fire pit for roasting marshmallows, wishing well, Fae adventures, Chess tables, Playground area for the kids, and hidden throughout the park are harvestable items. The park when viewed from above looks like a hummingbird drinking from a flower.

This public park has something for the entire family. A children's area is tucked near the bathrooms; grills and tables for picnics; fire pit for evening entertainment; chess tables; a fairy hunting expedition.
