Last of the GP7's on our end of the SOO
The SOO GP7's disappeared from Upper Michigan in late 79 with the odd curtain call until February 1980. Catching 377 leading an extra west with 703 at Gilchrist was my last picture of a GP7 leading in the UP. I shot this on 2-6-80..We still had a few F7's pass through until April 1980 but after that it was a fairly steady steam of SD40/40-2, GP38-2's with the odd GP9 or early 2 generation hood mixed it until Lake States. A rescan.
