It is not as crowded as Mylopotas Beach, and it's not one beach but a series of sandy coves that shape into several smaller beaches.
Manganari beach is a Blue Flag beach, and the ideal spot if you want a full day in the sun in a relaxing and peaceful environment. It is also very suitable for families with children because of the shallow water.
The beach has changed very little over the years, and it is a lovely unspoilt beach. You may still even see flocks of goats on the sand from time to time if you're there at the right time of day.Manganari was also used as one of the locations for the movie "The Big Blue" in 1988.
