FS Sagitaire, M650, a French mine hunter, which is taking part in the NATO exercise Operation Warrior arrives in Ullapool. Seven nations (6 NATO countries including the RN with its shiny new HMS Queen Elizabeth aircraft carrier and 1 non NATO (Austria)) conducting war games off the North West coast of the UK in conjunction with the associated air forces for the next two weeks. Her task appears to be to guard the entrance to Loch Broom since she spent all day of the 14th off the Summer Isles then returned in the evening to moor off Ullapool pier.
