Exeter MPD Summer 1962
Ex-GWR 45XX 2-6-2T 5555 and 'Hall' class 4-6-0 5994 'Roydon Hall' lie stored out of use at the side of Exeter MPD (83C). Both locos have their chimney bagged, which I understand may have been a practice to confirm that their insurance had lapsed, although that could be an old wives' tale.
