The Residents do not actually appear on this album, but they are credited as co-writers on two tracks - Bring Back Reality, and the album's best track, Eva's Warning.
This is a fantastic album. I can't blame Snakefinger for wanting to separate himself from The Residents a bit - people might get the impression that he is dependent on them for material and production, based on the first two albums. He is a very strong artist whether working with The Residents or not!
