Step Three

The boat harness is unhooked from the trolley and then hung from another hook that does not interfere with lifting the front end of the boat higher into the storage position. With the trolley out of the way, the foldable rack can be lifted into place for final support of that end of the boat. The carpet on the lower support of the foldable rack is there because that piece drops with a bang when unhooked from the wall unless the operator has three hands, and it hits the white boat below.
