Salmon Tartare, Celery Root Salad, Pickled Radish

 

Notes: M and I shared both appetizers. A very high quality salmon was used for the gravlax as the flavor was superb. The crunchy celery root slaw, which ended up getting combined with the picked radish, had just the right level of dressing. Delicious! The toast points were flavored, but I don't know what with.
