Az desert walk

Last weekend my son and I went on our annual take mom to the desert walk. He picks a different trailhead each year.

We began this one by climbing up to the crest trail with a lot of huff puff from me, but then went back down to the canyon.

This weekend a long time friend (since college) is coming for a visit and we'll do another desert walk.

The desert is incredible to me.
