Did you know that hemostats are excellent for holding small electronic components. I rely on them most when desoldering as they can lock on to a component saving my fingers from having to have direct contact. They can also be useful when placing certain components. This is a old trick I learned from my friend Jesse when I lived in NYC. I've never seen anyone else use them, but they are great.
