Little old person has no problems exercising in front of the western tourists. Personally, if it was me working out after an operation I would have told the gawping tourists to sod off, or at least not take photos. And the physio nurse looked on with that smiley look on his face. In the dingey turn off the lights to save on the electric bill gloom.
