Asian-style coleslaw

Both of us have had a week of delicious but greasy food.

Thus, we decided to go healthy this weekend and I have come up with an asian-style coleslaw which is a totally fuss-free recipe to follow.

 

Serves: 4

Preparation: 10 minutes

Cooking: 5 minutes

 

Ingredients

Coleslaw

Find all (and any) kinds of veggies in your fridge and finely shred them

 

Dressing

Lime juice + grated ginger + light sour cream + soy sauce + chopped garlic + olive oil

 

Topping

Chopped peanuts

 

Direction

Pour the dressing over the coleslaw and toss well. Serve at room temperature, scattered with the chopped peanuts.
