It powered up, but no sound.
All voltages checked out at the semiconductors.
On a hunch bypassed the speaker protection relay and voila!! pay dirt!
De soldered the relay, took it apart, and tested it for continuity. FAIL
A few drops of rubbing alcohol and a few strips of paper later, everything works.
Whats next?
Re cap the board and enjoy the music!
