No arena in Chinatown chants, speeches by concerned residents, even a fashion show preceded the delivery of 15 thousand postcards to city council members today.
On April 29, thousands of people are expected to gather at 10th & Vine to march in protest to the proposed site of the much-criticized 76ers Arena and then to City Hall.
