I rushed to Portway despite the poor light thinking I'd get 5 extra STP moves tanker storage move, Rail Adventure back and forth, Two DRS wagon moves, but with just two moving one near 1500 I headed back to Twycross Zoo.
One of the STP I saw was moving from it's early Margam start was DB 66013 on 6B24 0824 Margam yd - Milford sidings tanker wagon (storage/converstion)? move passing Portway, Elford. Thought it might be tankers with the usual South Wales headcode, and now we look to have lost Lindsey tankers unless a reprive come along. Thursday 9th October 2025.
One of the DRS wagon transfers for the Toton wheel lathe ran but was just a 66, and eventually the Rail Adventure HST ran but missed out 4/5 previous runs that were planned. So didn't hang around.
