Calrailfans at Eckley Park, Crockett, California, 15 May 2021
Our May Calrailfans meet was at Eckley, always a popular spot along the Carquinez Strait and Cal-P line. Being a barbecue meet doesn't hurt its popularity.
We had a variety of trains and a couple of ships as well as games and conversation to keep us entertained on a delightful, sunny day.
On the way to and from the meet, I stopped at West Causeway between Sacramento and Davis, first to shoot a Capitol Corridor train and on the way home for the sunset.
