Pine Needle Samples collected by Dr. Muchael Hren's Lab at UConn, Imaged at 20x with Macropod Pro & Micro Kit using Fluorescence Kit

Pine needles imaged at 10x and 20x using fluorescence for stomatal counting and relative sizing. The overall project is related to climate change science being conducted by Dr. Michael Hren and, PhD student, Abigail Oakes at the UConn. Images were captured using Macroscopic Solutions Macropod Pro & Micro with Fluorescence Kit.
