Classmates

Your classmates are the individuals that follow you through the first 20ish years of your life. They help you, hinder you, guide you, influence you, etc. You did not get to pick them but you needed to learn to work with them to survive school. You need to learn to work with each of your volunteers and donors if you want to survive the nonprofit sector.
