As an interesting footnote....I posted this in Instagram as well, and one of my faithful followers mentioned that El Dorado Springs ("El Do" to the locals!) was his birthplace! He had remarked before about recognizing many places in the Ozarks, but I was still surprised. Then he went on to say that his mother had actually WORKED at Simone's back in the late 70s and early 80s! What an incredible means for social media connections--photos!
