As the tallest building in the immediate area, 519 E. Green in Champaign, Illinois has open views of bustling Green Street. The MSA team made the decision to focus the design on a glass façade with spandrel glass masking areas of structure and utilities. Vision glazing offers scenic views and daylight for most spaces and from multiple angles.
