New on needles: Cayenne Dorflinger Tee

This one is a challenge for me for a lot of reasons, but I've wanted to make it since I started knitting. The first knitting magazine I ever bought right after I started teaching myself to knit, Knitscene Fall 2010, had this in it, and I was enthralled. I bought the yarn on the Jimmy Beans Wool Wool Watcher in March 2011 but have been hesitant about starting this until recently (because knitting with a bulky wool/alpaca blend yarn is a great idea when it's 80 degrees outside... I'm a moron).

I'm a little worried about size on this one... the needle called for is a 10 3/4, which I don't own (there are no tips this size for the addi Click sets—at least, not that I'm aware of). I usually have to size up a needle because I'm a tight knitter, but the next size is an 11, which is a full mm larger (usually when I size up, it only goes up 0.5 mm). Add to that the fact that this yarn reportedly grows when washed and blocked, and I'm a bit worried. So far, my gauge seems good, I think... it's a bit smaller than it should be when blocked, and I don't want it super skin tight (I don't have the figure for that). I am planning to size down to my 10 1/2 needles for some waist shaping once I'm past the armholes. Crossing fingers...
