The largest seal colony in Australia is located at Seal Rocks off the coast of Phillip Island, Victoria, which is home to over 30,000 Australian fur seals. Another significant colony, the largest on mainland Australia, is at Cape Bridgewater, Victoria, home to up to 2,500 Australian and New Zealand fur seals.
