diagonal madness top

I goofed on figuring the inner part of this top and the 9-patch border, so I had to add the inner pink/purple border to make it all fit and work out. Thanks to my husband who is far better at math problems than I am. These "design opportunities" sometimes end up better than the original idea. So next step is quilting and then binding.

 

Thanks Melody for doing the quilt along as it made me get going on this and I am so glad tried this quilt.
