when wrist meets watch, didn't get along

So my girlfriends dad works in China a lot. He usually comes back with a bunch of watches that are knockoffs of really big-name high end watches. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. This one I really liked! It had a glass face on the inside so that you could check out the guts of the watch ticking away...really cool...except that it's a cheap chinese knockoff and I was lightly wrestling my girlfriend one day when I noticed blood on the pillow. Then I found what looked like a piece of fingernail ripped off - turns out it was glass. I realized what happened when i saw the blood flowing out from under my watch.

 

anyway, the remains looked so gnarly I had to take a picture of it.
