Toon Link from the Wind Waker Costume Step Two

First, cut out the neckband, cutting very closely. Otherwise your neck hole will be too big. Then on *only* the front of the T-shirt, cut a v-shaped neck. (Look at the picture). I did more than just cut off the sleeves. You can see the gap of an inch or two more has been cut away. Try it on and decide how wide or thin you want your vest's shoulders to be. Measure from the neck hole along the shoulder seam, making sure the distance is the same on both shoulders.
