Emptying the "kazani"

Kalimnios and his son empty the copper pot (kazani) that was used to boil the grape must-residue (strofilia) for the distillation process of "raki", also known througout Greece as "tsipouro" or "tsikoudia". Raki is a strong, distilled spirit which has 30 to 70 percent alcohol content.
