Dolphin Base, 1 of 3 captive dolphin and small whale brokers located in Taiji.

This is nothing more than a floating prison.

These dolphins were taken from the killing cove as their families were slaughtered. Now forced to live a life of slavery.

They will be trained and sold to marine parks around the world.

The horrors of the dolphin captive trade here in Taiji are year round.
