ÖBB 1116.249 "ÖFB" Niederaudorf (3458n)
Eigentlich wollte ich mir den zum Aufnahmezeitpunkt gerade erst neu gestalteten ÖFB-Railjet nur ansehen, denn am Nachmittag des 18. Oktober 2019 waren bereits die ersten Ausläufer einer Schlechtwetterfront aufgezogen. Als die 1116.249 mit ihrem bunten Wagenpark als RJX 564 von Flughafen Wien Bahnhof nach Innsbruck HBF in Niederaudorf durchkam, lugte die Sonne nochmals kurz durch die Wolkendecke und es ergab sich diese interessante Wetterstimmung. Aktuell ist dies übrigens die einzige Railjet-Garnitur mit Komplettwerbung. Die "längste Flagge Österreichs" und der "Ski Austria" wurden entklebt. Bemerkenswert, dass die bereits sehr ähnlich gestaltete 1116.225 ihr "ÖFB"-Design gegen eine ÖBB-Werbung tauschen musste, wohingegen die abgebildete 1116.249 neu foliert wurde.

When ÖBB's 1116.249 with its colourful fleet of cars came through as RJX 564 from Vienna airport to Innsbruck main station in Niederaudorf, the sun shone through the cloud cover again for a short time and this interesting weather atmosphere arose. It is worth noting that the already very similarly designed 1116.225 had to exchange its "ÖFB" design for an ÖBB advertisement, whereas the 1116.249 depicted was newly foliated.
