Prompt from Scavenger Hunt (Out Of Place) ISO 400 f/11 1/800 18 mm lens

I discovered this shot while on the same drive mentioned before. I pulled over to shoot a bunch of tombstones next to a funeral home in Goreville, Illinois. As I was walking from the car to set up my tripod for the shot I had to walk through this ditch. In the ditch I seen the potato chips, pop, and the rest of the debris left behind from someone. On the opposite side of the culvert there is a Dollar General store. The trash in the ditch brought to my mind that someone, maybe a homeless person, may have stolen the items from the Dollar General store and sat down and ate them in the ditch, and then left the scene, leaving the trash, (out of place items), in the ditch. I choose to make this one of my Black and White pictures, because other than the out of place prompt the picture is somewhat boring to me. I thought I would be excited to go back to Black and White Photography, (I have not done any since 1984 in High School), but without the color the photos seemed not to peak my interest as much. I first edited this in color. When I switched to B/W, I raided the exposure just a bit and then raised the shadows and the white clipping, but lowered the black clipping. In doing so, I wanted to make sure the shadows in the tunnel showed the light on the other end of the tunnel and I wanted to really make the blades of grass stand out.
