It escaped withdrawal when the 130 was lost at Croydon, but will not escape the axe this time when the 181 and 284 are lost! Former Croydon based Metrobus Dennis Dart SLF/Plaxton Pointer 215 (SN03WMK) is seen at Bell Green Sainsbury's on route 181 on its last day in service before withdrawal.
To see out the rest of its London career, 215 also moved to the garage it started life at, as route 130 was formerly based at Orpington and moved to Croydon shortly after its opening, so to finish off where you started is a rather nice touch. Sister 214 is still going at Croydon whereas 219 is now presumed withdrawn.
