He probably is the best photojournalist in Cebu right now. Let's clarify it -by "now," I mean 2007. There were better photojoun guys than him, say, in 2006 or earlier. And maybe there will be better ones in 2008 and onwards. And yes, I am saying this with full knowledge that there are legends here like Alex Badayos, Amper Campaña, Victor Kintanar and Tonee Despojo. But, heck! Just look at this guy's flickr! Not since Vic Kintanar came out with a series of photo essays for sun star weekend has someone came up with such a large creative body of work in in this genre in such a short period of time. With December just around the corner, we can safely say he has 2007 in his bag. It also shows that flickr is now where talent and great pix are easily seen.
