Coco was established by Rebecca Knights-Kerswell six years ago, and specialises in Fine Organic Chocolate. Coco only sells 'real chocolate'; that is chocolate with high cocoa content and all of the expensive and delicious cocoa butter.

 

Rebecca, who hails from Australia, went to Europe to study chocolatiering and opened her first chocolate kitchen and retail store in Scotland to be close to all that inspiring European Chocolatiers had to offer. But the desire to go back to her hometown and share her chocolate creations were too strong and Rebecca is now happily serving the Sydney customers in Coco of Kirribilli and Coco on the Mews ! She remains the creative director for the kitchens, developing all of the Coco Chocolate recipes and leading Chocolate Making Classes in her brand new Chocolate Kitchen, whilst Kristina takes care of the original shop in Edinburgh and newly opened Coco on Broughton in the city centre !

 

Coco produces chocolate in its own Edinburgh and Sydney kitchens, which open regularly for chocolate schools and parties. You can also stop by our harbour side kitchen in Sydney to enjoy chocolate and champagne high tea, or just soak up the delicious aroma whilst sampling a few of our divine treats!

 

Coco Chocolate is made by our artisan chocolatiers in Scotland and Australia using the finest ingredients. We hand temper our chocolate on marble slabs and create a range of stunning chocolates with fruits, spices and peppers. We are advocates of organic farming, ethical trading and non GM ingredients.
