What can I say about Cherish?...Many moons ago someone spotted something PINK in one of my photos. Guess who it was...? Cherish. It was the start of a wonderful friendship. She is very honest with her comments and with her photographs too. Always ready listen and give her advice when asked for. Cherish is beautiful, funny, caring and a very talented photographer. As we all know...she could find Pink a black and white photo...LOL If any of you are lucky to have her as friend...it is something to Cherish and embrace. She truly inspires me...;) As always, Paul

PINK. This girl likes PINK. And not just a little pink. But a FRIGGING lot of PINK! Bahahahaha Cherish is one of these people who makes Flickr what it is and should be. Her infectious character carries through not just her photos, but into her involvement in the various fantastic Flickr groups she is part of. I met Cherish when she tracked down one of my photos which had my first bit of pink and harrassed my butt to put it into her Pinkalicious group. I did this and immediately broke the rules by not placing any awards and posting about 4 shots and she kicked my ass outta the group! Bahahaha, but after enough pleading (well think it took one email and some nice comments on her photos) I was back in ....... and the rest as they say is history. From her total obsession to pink, to her eye for the most amazing images, her photos encapsulate her joy and fun for life. And every so often she will let you into her life too - be that pictures of family life, her attempting to tweak nipples, or simply her perving at naked people running in races in San Francisco - you can't but love every second of her photostream. She is one the best Flickr friends around, but more importantly I managed to convince her to come find me during a trip to California and lo and behold I find out that in real life, she is an even more amazing person than you can imagine! Treat this lady with respect as she certainly deserves every bit of it and I am very much humbled to call her my friend. I also call her other things - but I can't repeat them here for fear of censorship :))) Muhahahas!

Everyone keeps saying Cherish loves pink, but I don't know where they get that idea from. I've seen no evidence of it. She keeps telling me how funny I am even though I keep telling her that I don't have a sense of humor and that I am being deadly serious. Still ignoring the fact she never believes a word I say, I would like to say how genuine she is both in her photography and her words. You pretty much always feel you're getting a glimpse into her personality and/or her life whether you looking at one of her images or reading a comment she has left on one of your photos. With her photography, her self-portraits in particular are always amazing and one day they will surely inspire me to try smiling in one of mine. Although for now I will continue with the 'miserable git' look that I am so good at. And yeah, I lied about the pink thing earlier. It's why I always try and include it in my pictures now as it guarantees at least one person will favorite it. Can you guess who that might be.....?
